Victory is blessed with leaders who seek, acknowledge, and move in the will and by the heart of God. Dr. Cheryl B. Jones have created a nurturing environment that fosters competent, caring, loving, committed, energetic, challenged, and fearless people who are not confined or held by race, class, sex, gender, or economics.

First and foremost, the major goal of Victory Temple is to create disciples who are leading victorious lives and teaching others how to be victorious in Christ. When Christ finished His early work, He left well-trained and learned disciples who were ready to assume leadership through mentorship. Like Christ, the Pastors’ responsibility is to ensure that every single person’s gift is activated by the laying on of hands so that the gift becomes cultivated and used for God’s Glory.

Victory provides training and teaching in a structured but not restricted environment that challenges people to not settle for spiritual mediocrity but to become all that God has created them to be. This environment encourages people to build Godly character within themselves and their relationships with others. Hence, they are able to reach higher heights and deeper depths in God.

Victory Temple is a habitation of God, For Jehovah is here. Victory believers are living temples of God, as scriptures says, “I will dwell In them and walk in them, and I will be their God and they shall be my people.” II Corinthians 6:16

Victory is a holistic ministry, caring about the whole man: mind, body, soul and spirit and this is done by:

• Identifying specific needs of each individual member
• Evaluating the needs
• Responding to the needs by providing comprehensive counseling and prayer.
